With 15 years in hospitality, Lauren leads Everybody Eats Wellington’s food rescue, blending sustainability and compassion. When she’s not at work, she’s freediving for kai moana, making sure no food—and no experience—is wasted.
Trained across cuisines and continents, Archana’s cooking in Onehunga is a celebration of food’s ability to nourish and unite. Her joy for feeding people shines in each delicious meal that supports the kaupapa of Everybody Eats.

With 14 years in kitchens, Alicia brings delicious simplicity to EveryBody Eats Wellington, guided by a belief in “less is more.” She’s committed to every ingredient and every guest, cooking for a community that shares her love for food.
With a theater and hospitality background, Jake is the soul of Everybody Eats Onehunga. Leading services with warmth, he knows happy volunteers make happy diners, bringing joy to every night’s meal and fostering community connection.
A seasoned chef and manager, Jack's Everybody Eats Wellington went from pop-up to four-night mainstay under his watch. He’s here to make sure no food, or funny story, goes to waste in a community built around kai and kōrero.
